Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Inteeka (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-native product engineering studio based in London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website (inteeka.com). You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@inteeka.com.
2. The information we collect
- Enquiries. When you send us a consultation enquiry we collect your name, email address, company name (if you provide it), the topic you select and your message.
- Bookings. When you propose a consultation time through the scheduling widget on our consultation page, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email address and the details of the requested booking on our behalf.
- Correspondence. The content of emails and messages you exchange with us.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records basic request information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, which we use for security and to keep the site running.
3. How we use your information
We use this information to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange the consultation you request (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract);
- administer and secure the website, and improve the service we offer (our legitimate interests); and
- comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to hear from us.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who run this website for us: Cal.com (consultation scheduling), Vercel (website hosting), our website database, and our email delivery provider. Each acts under our instructions and is bound to protect your data. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on an appropriate safeguard — the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or UK adequacy regulations — so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as we are dealing with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, and no longer than necessary for the purposes above. Records we must keep by law are retained for the statutory period.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access a copy of your personal data; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have your data erased in certain circumstances; to restrict or object to certain processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email info@inteeka.com. We will respond within one month.
8. Complaints about how we handle your data
If you are unhappy with how we have collected or used your personal data, you have the right to complain directly to us — a statutory right under UK data protection law introduced by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. Email info@inteeka.com with the subject line “Data protection complaint”. When we receive your complaint we will:
- acknowledge receipt within 30 days;
- take appropriate steps to look into your complaint without undue delay, including making any necessary enquiries;
- keep you informed of its progress; and
- tell you the outcome without undue delay.
You also have the right to complain at any time to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113 — though we would welcome the opportunity to address your concerns first.
9. Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. For details of the cookies used on this site and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, is always available on this page.
